Part-Time and Full-Time Applications Support needed for 24/7 World Class Help Desk in FAIRFAX/HERNDON area (2 PT-Weekends and 1 FT position available)
****** Must hold ACTIVE TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly******
Description:
Work with a GREAT TEAM providing 24/7 World Class Technical Support for users on complex IT/Applications/Database related help desk. Answer help desk telephones and assists the customer in resolving highly complex technical problems on a primary account by providing guidance regarding software problems. Log and track inquiries using a problem management database and maintain history records and related problem documentation.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
2 Part-time Positions - Weekends Only. 2/12 hr shifts.
1 Full-time Position - Schedule TBD
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of technical training or on the job technical IT experience.
Must have experience troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a technical environment.
Must have strong customer service and computer skills.
Prefer helpdesk/desktop support experience.
