About The Job
We have an immediate opening for a CRM Sales Specialist to sell CRM licenses. We are looking for someone who can learn technology quickly, has excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, who can multi-task on various projects, is a good problem solver and has good organizational skills. 99% of this work will be on the phone from your home office.
Responsibilities: • Drive new business and close sales • Lead Generation through outbound telemarketing • Generate quotes • Respond to RFQ’s & other requests for information • Train new users on the system • Assist customers with product questions • Follow-up with support coordinator on customer issues • Learn & use the LeadMaster system • Build & maintain your customer/prospect database • Additional duties as required for the position Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: • Prior sales experience is necessary for this position • CRM sales experience extremely desirable • Must have a take charge attitude • Strong computer skills are necessary and an understanding of Microsoft Office products is mandatory • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not necessary • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong problem solving skills • Strong team playing and interpersonal skills
