2. What methods of support are available?

3. What happens if a complaint is received?
We do not delete or suspend your account if we receive any complaints. If any complaints are received regarding your website, we will contact you FIRST. We will forward the complaint to you and contact you to sort what happens next, but let me repeat, we will never suspend or delete your content without contacting you first!
4. What sort of hardware are these VPS's based on?

5. What is the estimated setup time for a VPS?
We guarantee a setup time within 24 hours, but the usual setup time is around 1-8 hours. Factors which may affect the setup time include control panel installations, server hardening and optimization etc...
