Your will be maintaining, supporting, administrating and implementing Microsoft based networks in a fast paced, dynamic and fun team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Meeting with executives and top management to brief them on current projects.
• Perform daily network preventative and proactive maintenance tasks for our networks and approximately 30 – 40 users
• Manage technical issues relating to all aspects of computer systems, servers and networks.
• Provide technical support to end users on computer issues as well as troubleshooting server related issues.
• Facilitate communications between hardware and software vendors when necessary.
• Thoroughly document your work after each support task
• Evaluate, Recommend, Design and Implement technology solutions meeting our growing business needs.
• Be part of regular training meetings.
• Maintain regular website updates. Ability to design websites, a big plus.
