Part-time Helpdesk Support Needed - Washington DC

Monument Partners is a small IT consulting firm that specializes in the non-profit sector. The individual hired would be required to provide first-line help desk support for 15-25 hours a week at a mid-sized non-profit. The applicant would need to have knowledge of and be capable of supporting:
Windows-based operating systems in a domain environment MS office products, browsers, and other common desktop software Basic networking and troubleshooting computer equipment
Duties would include Providing first line hardware and software support for users Entering support calls into a case management system Assistance with equipment set-up and organization Troubleshoot copier malfunctions (jams, etc.) and calling support
Flexible schedule within normal business hours (9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M) well suited for Graduate student.
